This is my way for everyone to keep in touch with me on my deployment to Iraq. In no way shape or form do I speak on behalf of the Army National Guard, my unit, my chain of command, or any other government entity.
Somewhere in my room is a little lizard. Not sure where he went, or what he's doing, but my roommate saw him in there earlier. They are pretty much harmless, running up the walls and around lights at night eating bugs. But still, if I wake up with one on my face I might be a little upset.

I am a soldier in the Minnesota Army National Guard. I was wounded in Iraq in December 2006 by an Iranian made IED. As a result I lost my right arm below the elbow, and sustained severe nerve damage and the amputation of my ring finger on my left hand. Now I'm stuck at Walter Reed Army Medical Center until the army figures out what to do with me.
